Alan H. and Harriet L. Miller have sold the six-bedroom custom house they built in 2001 at 261 El Bravo Way – on a prime Estate Section street with views of the Everglades Golf Course — for a recorded $14 million to Dale J.
and Marzia A. Precoda.
Broker Christian Angle of Christian Angle Real Estate acted on behalf of the Millers, who in 1999 had paid $3.2 million for the property, measuring a little more than half an acre.
