EARLY LIFE

Born in 1976 in Patiala, Punjab, Dr Akun Sabharwal got inspired by his father, who worked in the Indian Air Force.

A highly principled man, Dr Sabharwal has appeared in many Ted Talks helping those who look up to him for his unbeatable ways of dealing real life situations both as a human and as an officer.

He did his schooling from Kendriya Vidyalayas of several cities of India like Delhi, Chandigarh, Assam, Ooty, Pune and Bangalore.

This helped him understand varied cultures, traditions and social aspects of these places.

Excelling in mathematics, a young Akun chose to be a doctor and became a prolific dentist after completing his medical education from Patiala Dental College.
